RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return any items purchased from Carbogenetics for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your last package. We do not accept returns purchased from any third party vendors. Please contact the third party vendor for options available to you.

RETURNS:

• Please email cs@carbogenetics.com
  • Enter your email address & your order number
  • Select your return reason
  • Our team will review your request
  • Once accepted, Ready Returns will email you a link, please click on the link
  • The link will bring you to a return confirmation page
  • Click submit and it will ask you to enter your email & credit card number and will list the cost of the return below
  • Once payment is received, you will be issued return labels for your Carbogenetics purchase. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • For used items there will be a $100 re-shelving fee.

EXCHANGES:

• For exchanges, please contact Carbogenetics customer service at cs@carbogenetics.com
• Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping equipment back to the Carbogenetics warehouse. Carbogenetics will pay the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise back to the customer

• Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of the order being delivered
• All products being returned must be returned in original packaging. Carbogenetics reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
• The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Carbogenetics prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return
• Carbogenetics is not responsible for lost or missing packages
• Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through carbogenetics.com cannot be returned. Please contact the third party you purchased through
