Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way. Content on the site is owned by Carbogenetics and provided for your personal, informational use.

Ask Steven accounts and educational emails

Creating an Ask Steven account subscribes you to Steven’s educational emails, including articles that explore topics in greater depth. We may use broad topics from your questions, such as cellular energy, circulation, brain health, breathing, or recovery, to select relevant educational content. These interests are not assessments of your health or diagnoses.

You can unsubscribe or change your email list preferences using the links in our emails. Leaving the Ask Steven email list stops further topic tracking for email recommendations. Unsubscribing does not remove your account or access to Ask Steven. Existing unsubscribes and delivery suppressions remain in effect.

Ask Steven generates AI answers informed by Steven’s published work and perspective; responses are not personal messages from Steven and can contain mistakes.

Products and orders

• Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it.
• Devices require a separately purchased food-grade CO₂ tank to operate.
• Financing, where offered, is subject to separate terms and approval.
